In this meeting Dr. Jennifer Weddig and Anne Keller will discuss how to use nutrition-focused physical findings in the assessment of a patient.  In the current digital age actually looking at and touching a patient for assessment has become a lost art.  This meeting will focus on how to use physical characteristics in assessing a patient.  We will look beyond just the charts, the lab values, and the EMR in an attempt at understanding the nutritional status of a patient.
