Description: Opportunities for group nutrition education can occur at varied times with varied audiences. Using a four-step process and thinking creatively can help you develop targeted and engaging sessions. The keys to determine the audience needs, develop 1-3 related SMART objectives, design a session to meet those objectives, and evaluate the outcomes. The four steps will be discussed, emphasizing engaging ideas to complete them. Participants will also be encouraged to share their ideas.
