Join the Denver Dietetic Association as we gain a glimpse into hunger in Colorado.

The presenters will be Greta Macey, RD and Melanie Morrison, MS, RD from Tri-County Health Department as well as Taylor Washington, Community Engagement Manager for Hunger Free Colorado.

Topics will range from an overview of hunger in Colorado, Hunger Free Colorado as an organization and information on different food assistance programs here in the state, to a brief overview of all the innovations that have happened in WIC over the last couple of years.

So why should hunger be a concern for all Registered Dietitians regardless of the sector they work in? Come find out! We will also discuss Colorado’s Blueprint to End Hunger.

Parking is free. Please enter through the front doors (facing S. Willow), as this will be the only entrance with employees to let you in.
