Join us to kick of the second half of the membership year! This will be a two part presentation. The first part will be a update from the President and Public Policy Chair from the Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The remainder of the event will be a presentation by Sarah Koenck, RD:

Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic derangement that results from defects in both insulin action and secretion. New approaches with mechanisms different from current therapies are being explored and we will dive into the new and emerging research in type 2 diabetes and these novel forms of treatment that help patients not just manage the condition, but give them a chance to reverse the disease.
